*An open level Vinyasa Yoga class to let the body flow with the rhythm of a conscious breathing.*

A dynamic practice where poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. The class is an invitation to a journey of awareness and full presence, a meditation in movement. This practice includes Asanas (postures), Pranayama (breathings exercises), Mantras and Meditation.
It helps improving flexibility, strengthening the body and calming the mind.
No previous experience is required.
All body types, genders and souls are welcome!

The class will be held in English and/or Spanish (depending of the participants)

👉 We can provide you a yoga mat.

Una práctica dinámica donde el movimiento se une con la respiración en una secuencia fluida.
La clase es una invitación a un viaje de conciencia y presencia plena, una meditación en movimiento. Esta práctica incluye Asanas (posturas), Pranayama (ejercicios de respiración), Mantras y Meditación.
Esta practica ayuda a mejorar la flexibilidad, fortalecer el cuerpo y a calmar la mente.
No se necesita experiencia previa.
Todos tipos de cuerpos, géneros y almas están bienvenidos!

La clase se impartirá en inglés y/o español (dependiendo de los participantes).
