Hatha Yoga is that path to enlightenment through body-work. Lovely no? That means asanas, breath work, concentration, meditation.

We’re training the mind, to focus on what’s happening in the body while we’re in the asana, hence, bringing our awareness from the rollercoaster mind, to the present body.

Really almost all Yoga you see today, is some form of Hatha Yoga, be it more dynamic like Ashtanga, or precise like Iyengar, or go-work-on-your-fascia super-slow type Yin Yoga, etc.

So when I say I teach Hatha Yoga, for me it means 1: A slower pace. 2: Classical asanas 3: Staying around 30 secs in each asana, to give time to align, relax, and observe. 4: Incorporate some sort of Pranayama (breath work) and meditation into those 60 mins.

Focus on safety, laidback yet firm practice, and timelessness.

About me:

I"ve entered the "mind-body" world in 2013, where I completed a 500hr Yoga ttc, started teaching Hatha Yoga in that studio for several years, as well as learning Chi gong and eastern philosophies. Since 2017 (until recently) I"ve been learning Raja Yoga (1000hr), mindfulness and also opened my current business: Office Yoga - which brings the mind-body world to companies & organizations.

My Yoga & Meditation classes (like my self) are more easy-going & fun, suitable for all levels, with practical tools for everyday life.
