Details

Yoga Nidra is a timeless practice of deep, guided relaxation. In this class, we will do some gentle exercises to relax the body, and then we will lie down for an extended relaxation. We will begin and end the class with some simple meditation.

BRING a mat and a thick towel/blanket/rug to cushion the floor.

WEAR comfortable clothing that is easy to move in. Wear layers if it's cold so that you can adjust your clothing as needed. Please refrain from wearing perfume and other fragrances.
