The body is designed to function well so that we can thrive, move, and do what we need to do. But often our lifestyle habits – and even our furniture and cars – can create misalignment in the body that leaves us with structural problems and pain.
In this workshop, we'll talk about how the body is designed from a structural point of view and how to sit, stand, walk, lie down, and sleep so that our intrinsic design is supported.

Cost: No charge. Donations are gratefully accepted! (Suggested: $25)

Bring 4 things: A yoga mat; a towel/blanket/rug; and two bed pillows – one that you currently use for your head and one king size pillow. (NOTE: If you don't want to bring the actual pillows that you use for cleanliness reasons, bring two comparable pillows.)


Wear: Comfortable clothing that allows free movement.
