Yoga & Meditation, Hike & Poker Taipei

In this 60-min class, I will take you through some guided meditation and gentle yoga stretches (and/or yin yoga) to help you wind down the weekend and get you ready for Monday🧘🏽‍♀️

The class will be held in a private yoga space in central Taipei.

This is a free class (trial), all that i ask of the student is a donation to a stray dog organization that helps rescue the wounded and senior dogs🙏🏾
