Rooted in Traditional Indian and Chinese principles, Yin Yoga works with Prana energy (Chi) and the channels (Nadis / Meridians) that transport this around the body.
By holding poses longer, we release stagnant energy, enabling physical and emotional healing.
This gentle, meditative practice is ideal for beginners and advanced students alike.
