β¨ Wind down with a nourishing Yin Yoga class featuring Gentle Breathwork and Guided Meditation.
π€ Yin Yoga helps relax and destress while targeting deeper connective tissues, enhancing flexibility, and supporting joint and ligament health.
In each pose, we'll explore the body, finding the perfect space to settle into stillness and release rigidity or stagnancy without force.
Calming breath work (Pranayama) will balance the nervous system, and a short Shavasana meditation will leave you relaxed and ready for restful sleep.
Rooted in Traditional Indian and Chinese principles, Yin Yoga works with Prana energy (Chi) and the channels (Nadis / Meridians) that transport this around the body.
By holding poses longer, we release stagnant energy, enabling physical and emotional healing.
This gentle, meditative practice is ideal for beginners and advanced students alike.
