Sacred Flow: Cacao, Gentle Yoga and Sound Healing 🙏

Come join us at our beautiful studio in Farmington for a restorative and community building event. Join Lauren Eastwood from LB Healing and George Gogas RYT from Serene Strength for this powerful collaborative event. This event starts off with a cacao ceremony led by Lauren. Cacao is known to open the heartspace and promote togetherness and spirituality. Then, George will lead us in a gentle yoga class to introduce some movement and flow. Last, Lauren will treat us to a Healing Sound Concert where we can find some stillness and rest in our spirituality.
