This miracle morning ritual is part of a wellbeing routine. It helps me to embodied my self to recharge in yang enrgy & get the best of my day._ Join if you like to switch things arround in your life to get healthier, brighter and better, no pressure LOL cause you are also perfect the way you are.

THE CLASS:
I’ll propose you a class inspired by Hatha Raja & Dharma Yoga.
Through this class I want to offer you :
. A safe space for asana practice, consciousness, breathing & fun,
. A complete class with meditation, pranayama, warm up & specific yoga poses explorations.
The class is open & accessible for everyone.
We meet at the left espigón del bogatell between 5minute before the beggining of the class to settle quietly.

-->Take your yoga mat, some water ( a swim suit and a towel for the after class if you want to dip into the sea ).

I want to offer you an special experience so there's 6 spots available in total, to get your you have to book.
