Join us for a fun, healthy, and rewarding yoga class.

Classes begin with a teaching, followed by yogasana (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), and/or mental exercises (including meditation, chanting, brain twisters, etc). Poses are gentle yet effective and focus on building balance, flexibility, and strength. If you can sit down and get up from your mat without assistance, then you can do this class. All levels are welcome, including beginners, persons with physical limitations and seniors.

Please dress comfortably and bring a mat if you have one (a limited number of loaners are available), a water bottle, and any props as needed. Arrive a few minutes early so that you may calm your mind before beginning the practice.
