It’s a journey under the skin. Out of the head, into the body. Here we arrive home.

Once a month on a Sunday morning, we return to the shared sacred space. This practice improves sleep and reduces stress. Here you can breathe, recharge and gently rewire into a regulated state.

Find yourself in a wholesome safe place of expansion, connection and compassion. Practice feels like a self massage, without needing to have experience at all. Guidance is tailored to the energy that we share.

The morning includes tea, water, and snacks, with all the materials provided. No need to carry things.
