This beginners class is suitable for all levels of fitness. We begin with a gentle warm up, followed by seasonal flow, and then finish with some still, relaxing, postures and a short relaxation. Based around Chinese medicine, seasonal yoga stimulates the meridian channels which are active at different times of year – perfect for bringing harmony and balance back into life.
