Details

This calming and relaxing class offers a soothing experience. We begin with a short meditation and some deep breathing, followed by gentle movement to ease tension and increase flexibility, and end with a relaxation such as a 15 minute body scan, a loving kindness meditation or a yoga nidra practice (a visualization done laying down). This is an ideal class to cultivate inner calm and balance both body and mind.

Classes are suitable for beginners and every level of fitness. Mats are provided, as well as bolsters and blankets.
