Let's do some gentle, joyful yoga that's good for the soul. My classes are for folks who are tired, overwhelmed, and (maybe) can't touch their toes.

Come as you are. Leave with more ease in your mind and body.

As an immigrant to the Netherlands, I'm here to help you calm your nervous system through life's big transitions, including moving to a new country.

Classes and workshops incorporate gentle and restorative yoga, mindfulness practices, and self-soothing techniques, including breathwork.

In English (with a little Sanskrit).

I'm a certified yoga teacher (RYT-200). Classes are offered in person in Haarlem, Netherlands.
