What we’re about

Come breathe, stretch and hike on the beautiful North Shore trails with me!

This group is for anyone who would like to increase health, lower stress, connect and enjoy our gorgeous rainforests.

We will start with light stretching and deep breathing to calm our nervous systems and bring us into the present moment. Then we take a casual walk through the forest with little stretch/breath breaks throughout.

I’m a yoga teacher with 8yrs teaching experience. My style is hatha based with a big emphasis on the energetic world. I like to combine yoga, nature and community for optimal health benefits :)
