This group is for people who want to explore nervous system regulation, deep rest, and better sleep through meditation and Yoga Nidra.
Modern life can leave many of us feeling tired but wired, overstimulated, or unable to fully relax. In these gatherings we explore simple ways to help the nervous system settle and restore.
Events will often include a short introduction to how the nervous system responds to stress, followed by a guided Yoga Nidra practice designed to support deep relaxation and sleep.
Yoga Nidra is a gentle guided meditation done lying down or sitting comfortably. It helps guide the body and mind into a state of deep rest where the nervous system can begin to reset.
