This session is a gentle introduction to nervous system regulation followed by a guided Yoga Nidra practice designed to support deep rest and better sleep.
Many people today feel tired but wired. The nervous system stays activated from stress, stimulation, and busy schedules, making it harder to fully relax or fall asleep.
In this session we will begin with a short introduction to how the nervous system responds to stress and how deep rest practices can help the body shift toward relaxation and restoration.
We will then move into a guided Yoga Nidra practice. Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation practiced while lying down or sitting comfortably. It helps guide the body and mind into a state of deep rest where the nervous system can settle and reset.
You do not need any experience with meditation or yoga to attend.

What to expect:

  • A short introduction to nervous system regulation
  • A guided Yoga Nidra practice for deep rest
  • Time to relax and restore

What to bring:

  • A comfortable place to lie down or sit
  • A blanket if you like to stay warm
  • Headphones or a quiet and safe space if possible

These sessions are designed to be calm, simple, and accessible for beginners. Come as you are and give yourself an hour to rest.
