Class Description
This is a guided Yoga Nidra class for deep rest and nervous system reset.
Many people feel tired but still can’t fully relax. The body stays switched on from stress and a busy day, making it harder to settle or fall asleep.
In this class, you’ll be guided into a state of deep rest through Yoga Nidra, a form of guided meditation practiced while lying down or sitting comfortably.
There’s nothing you need to do or learn. You can simply get comfortable, listen, and allow the body to unwind.
No experience with yoga or meditation is needed.

What to expect

  • A brief settling in at the beginning
  • A guided Yoga Nidra practice
  • Time to fully rest and reset

What to bring

  • A comfortable place to lie down or sit
  • A blanket to stay warm
  • Headphones or a quiet space if possible
