Do you want peace of mind and a relief from stress, anxiety, and insomnia? Do you have something you are trying to manifest in your life but find you are having a mental block? Yoga Nidra is the perfect practice for getting into your subconscious and clearing it of negative energy and negative thoughts.

This class will be a lying down meditation. You may come in work clothes as long as you are comfortable (no need to change). Please come on time as the door will close (and no one will be allowed in the studio) at 7:10.

Also, this class is free but a suggested donation of $10-15 dollars is appreciated to pay for studio costs and our meetup membership fees. If you can't pay, no worries! Please still come. The donation box is discreet and anonymous. No one keeps track of who pays.

Also, please do not RSVP unless you are sure you can make it. We have too many no shows! Also, please note this is a Thursday (I know we have usually done meetups on Mondays but there has been no studio space available on Mondays lately).
