Empowering Women's Circle - Barcelona

Theme: 'Loving the skin we are in'
When: Saturday 11th October - 2-4pm

A monthly gathering for women to come together just as we are. We invite in our softness, our strength, our knowing and our questions. This is a space to be held, witnessed, supported, and celebrated.

In sisterhood, we embrace all parts of ourselves — the witch that knows, the warrior with a fierce heart, the little girl who dreams, and the queen that leads with grace.

We honour the rhythms of our bodies and lives, using our cyclical nature as our guide.

Each circle has a theme and we’ll share practices to connect, create, play, and reflect in community.

Come as you are. Let’s grow, feel, and remember the power of being a woman together.

What to expect:
- journalling
- meditation
- a safe space to share
- authentic movement
- practices to connect and see the beauty through the eyes of other sisters in the circle

These are monthly sessions @ Moonlight studio. The sessions are themed and yet the flow of the circle is determined by us all.
