Join Denise for a Sunday morning all-levels class. Soak in the ocean views, breathe in the fresh air, and let your stress melt away as you clear your mind. Bring a mat, water and dress in layers (beach can be windy, or hot-or both sometimes).
We meet next to Tower 14 City Beach (off 14th street).
