Exploring Breathwork at Sunset with Leslie

Join Leslie for a sunset breathwork on the beach in Huntington Beach! Each class will vary as we explore various types of meditation and breathwork.

*This class is for ALL levels*

You an expect to leave feeling lighter, clearer and more connected to yourself.

What to bring:

• Yoga mat and/or towel
• Blanket and/or dress warm (It can get cold in the evenings around this time on the beach)
• Water
• Meditation cushion or rolled up towel (optional)

Location: Lifeguard Tower 14. HB City side. Type 'Lifeguard Tower 14' into Google Maps and you will be taken right to the location. There is plenty of street meter parking. Use the stairs to walk down to the beach and we will be right next to lifeguard tower 14.
