Eric's class starts with a combination of ancient movements injected with bits of yoga and mobility exercises. His specialty is personal training and motivation and he is excited to bring this to a group format. Second half of class is focused on getting past those subconscious blocks with breath work and meditiation. His unique and playful energy is contagious, and you will end class feeling grounded and alive!!
What to bring:

* Yoga mat and/or towel
* Blanket and/or dress warm (It can get cold in the evenings around this time on the beach)
* Water

Location: Lifeguard Tower 14, off 14th street. There is plenty of street meter parking, or park in the residential area for free. Use the stairs to walk down to the beach and we will be right next to lifeguard tower 14.
