Start your Wednesday morning grounded in nature, and connected to yourself and community - right where the ocean meets the shore!
Join Melonie for a gentle, all-levels yoga flow on the beach at 9am, designed to awaken the body, calm the mind, and open the heart. Guided by the rhythm of the waves and the warmth of the morning sun, we'll move through breath-centered postures that invite presence into the sweet spot between effort and ease.
As our practice comes to a close you'll be invited to rest into a mini sound bath - allowing soothing tones and vibrations to wash over you like the tide, supporting deep relaxation and nervous system reset.
Bring a blanket and mat, water and anything that helps you feel comfortable on the sand.
