Qi Gong is sometimes referred to as "standing yoga", as it flows through poses and movement in alignment with focus and breath. Qi Gong literally means "breathing exercises" and is a way to promote longevity and restorative healing. David has been practicing Tai Chi Chun/Qi Gong for over 34 years and began teaching 20 years ago. He holds a doctorate in Oriental Medicine and has witnessed first hand how beneficial the practice is for healing.
His style is a mix of Tai Chi and Qi Gong interspersed with the philosophies behind them. The physical movements combine balance, strength, calmness, focus and breath.
We are very excited to have him teaching on the beach with us, and hope you will come check out his class.
