Welcome to a heart-centered space for anyone curious about the deeper dimensions of yoga beyond the mat. This group is dedicated to exploring the philosophy and practice of the 8 Limb Path of Yoga as outlined in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, the purpose of which is to help us understand the nature of the mind, the path to inner freedom, and ultimately, to eliminate suffering.

Hosted by Diana, a certified yoga teacher passionate about self-exploration, our weekly gatherings will include thoughtful discussion, community sharing, and optional guided meditation or asana flows to embody what we learn. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to yogic teachings, you're warmly welcome.

Our goals:

  • Build an inclusive and supportive yoga-minded community
  • Deepen our understanding of the 8 Limbs of Yoga
  • Reflect on how these principles can enhance modern life
  • Experience optional guided practices to connect mind, body, and spirit

Meetings are held weekly either online or in-person in Portland, OR. Come for the wisdom, stay for the connection.
