About us

This group is for people who want to practice yoga and pilates in a relaxed outdoor environment.
We meet in parks to move, stretch, breathe and enjoy time together. After the session, we also practice English through casual conversation, so it’s a great opportunity to improve language skills while connecting with others.
All levels are welcome. The goal is to create a friendly, open space where people can move their bodies, relax and meet new people.
Bring comfortable clothes, water, and a positive vibe!
