· We will only be able to help you find the class if you arrive 15 minutes before the event start-time and head over to the parc Arthur-Therrien hill.

· The class is 60 minutes and you may need up to 75 minutes for the whole event.
· If you can't find us Follow & DM. Only contact 514-299-6961 in case of emergency.
· Bring a water bottle!!!
· This event is weather-dependant. If there is ever a cancelled event, we will offer you a refund or a credit, totally up to you! Check our Instagram story posted by 11AM the morning of the event or send us an email the day before to confirm.
· Free parking at the Visitor Center at 3750 Bd Gaétan Laberge, Verdun, QC H4G 3C1 and affordable parking nearby.
· Closest Metro is De l'Église metro station, just a 10-minute walk away!
· Bixi stations at that metro!
· Public bathrooms are available at the visitors center.
· After your practice, you’re welcome to stick around the park and check out the nearby skate park, basketball court, swimming pool, and the Verdun Beach - all within 5 minutes of walking distance.
