【Introduction】 This Awareness event is an inner-engineering practice for the well-being of people. It not only focus on the outer part of the person, but also with the within. To implement this practice in Yokohama yoga&Therapy is to create that balance between body and mind that sometimes isn't working at its maximum capability. To give the mind the right "exercise" it helps to archive with your body what before was not possible. 【Structure】 • Class opening: OM mantra and other prayers chanting to clear the mind and prepare for the class. • Ashatanga Vinyasa Asanas (45 minutes): sequence of body postures taken from an ancient text and pass along lineage until made it knew by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. In this practice the whole body will be activated through a flowing sequence of postures and movements. Body postures in yoga serve to create a balance in the body, remove stiffness and blockages, increase tolerance levels, and generally to bring balance, healthiness to each one’s own body. • Meditation and Pranayama (~10 minutes): practice to relieve stress, calm the mind
