Online Yoga Session (Mondays)

Join us for a calm, grounded online yoga practice focused on breath, body awareness, and gentle strength. This session is not fast-paced or flow-heavy. Instead, we move slowly and mindfully, giving attention to alignment, stability, and conscious movement.
This is a space to:
- Slow down and reconnect with your body
- Build strength in a gentle, sustainable way
- Breathe with awareness
- Practice without pressure or performance
All levels are welcome. Come as you are, bring your mat, and give yourself this hour to move, breathe, and reset.
