This in-person session blends gentle yoga and guided pranayama in a warm, welcoming community space. It’s a chance to practice together, connect, and slow down in a supportive environment!
What to expect:

  • Relaxation woven into the practice

☕ After class, we stay back to unwind, socialize, and connect over homemade chai! These moments of conversation and togetherness are an important part of building our community!
This session is about more than just practice. It’s about sharing space, meeting like-minded people, and creating real human connection through yoga and breath. So come, bring friends and family and let's enjoy this shared experience together in-person!

NOTE: We do not provide yoga mats for the session. So please bring your own mats.
