Welcome to this group for people interested in reconnecting with their body, mind, and inner self in a mindful, supportive, and playful way.

We offer yoga and movement classes outdoors (by the sea, in the city, or outside) enjoying easy excursions to natural spots for yoga, meditation, reflection, and conscious connection with yourself and others.

Our classes combine gentle yoga, breath awareness, and meditation, suitable for all levels. We focus on moving mindfully, connecting with your body, and exploring presence in a safe and nurturing environment. After class, we often go for coffee nearby to share, connect, and meet like-minded people who value self-growth, presence, and authentic connection.

About me:
I’m Andrea. I guide classes from a place of presence, awareness, and respect for each person’s process. I have a background in yoga, yoga therapy, psychology, movement, dance, and performing arts. I enjoy creating experiences that help people connect with themselves and with others
