************ PRIVATE PILATES REFORMER SESSIONS *************

Get a Body You'll Love through the Body/Mind Connection with Personalized Sessions on the "Pilates Reformer" ... An amazing machine that gives a total workout for core, arms, legs and back, along with body alignment, balance, strength and flexibility. Pilates will transform your body into a work of art through gentle yet extremely effective moves. Sessions conclude with a ten minute Red Light Body Therapy Healing Session (Red Light Therapy helps decrease inflammation and increases mitochondrial stimulation) or a ten minute Full-Body Vibration Plate Session on a specialized machine that will invigorate your entire body.

Sessions are tailored to your particular needs and current fitness level. It's a total body workout and revitalizing experience to get in the best shape of your life! This will be the beginning of a beautiful transformation when these body/mind training sessions become integrated in the weeks to follow.
