Yoga & Sound Bath: A Grounding Morning Practice

Join me for a nourishing 1-hour session combining gentle yoga and a relaxing sound bath to start your day with calm and clarity.

We’ll begin with 30 minutes of mindful movement to stretch, awaken the body, and connect to the breath—followed by 30 minutes of immersive sound healing to soothe the nervous system and guide you into deep rest.

This class is beginner-friendly and open to all levels. Please bring a yoga mat, water, and anything you need to feel comfortable during the sound bath .

We meet near the Bear Statue at Griffith Park.
