Stretching with Elina ( yoga flow, gymnastics stretching)

In my sessions I combine deep stretching techniques with elements of gymnastics and yoga to unlock flexibility, release tension, and build graceful strength. I am happy if I leave you feeling stretched, more mobile, and feeling empowered.
I am building my teaching experience so first classes are free but tips and feedback are welcome :)
