Social media seems to be as much a part of being a yoga teachers as actually teaching yoga. Does it have to be?

We will explore the use of social media, how it can benefit our ability to share yoga, and what we need to do to ensure it doesn't consume us!

Bring yourself and an open mind...and the willingness to share your experiences with social media as a yoga teacher (or teacher in training). ...all in the name of inspiring and supporting one another.

If you are new to this group...here's a little bit about why we exist:

Some years ago I moved to Singapore (first time living abroad) and felt a little lost in regards to the yoga teaching world. I stumbled upon the yoga teachers sangha there and I was immediately connected. The aim of this group is provide a similar network of yoga teachers to collaborate and learn with here in Lisbon!
