Join us for a beginner friendly pay what you can sunset yoga flow and sound bath at Shelley Lake Park in Raleigh NC!
Whether you're new to yoga or just looking for a peaceful evening outdoors, this experience is for you.
Classes include meditation & mindfulness; movement & a restorative sound bath in a beautiful location.
When: Every first Wednesday and third Monday of the month throughout the spring & summer
Rain date: Monday will move to Wednesday. We will update the page with any changes
Bring your mat, water bottle, and a friend
- Limited yoga mats available for use
- Sunscreen, bug spray & towel may be helpful
Registering: Prior sign up is encouraged, but not required! Community contributions accepted through Meet Up or at the event.
