C﻿ome join me (CC) once a week on Thursdays @7pm for a rejuvenating 3 mile jog that will give us the perfect kickstart into the weekend followed by a nice zen yoga flow!!

Plzz always be sure to keep hydration in mind. We all know how this Texas heat is, so make sure to bring an extra water!!

Be ready to GET IT IN, the CC way! You’ll find out what that is soon enough. We sweat, we work, we laugh, we rejuvenate, we conquer and go home ✌🏾 lol!
