Welcome to Yoga Touch Online – Embodied Practice.

This is a weekly online space where we use movement, meditation, and reflection to reconnect with the body, calm the nervous system, and build strength and awareness from within.

The practices are structured but accessible, combining ancient movement principles with a therapeutic and grounded approach to the body.

It’s not a traditional yoga class series, it’s a weekly practice space to support how you feel, move, and live in your body.

Weekly online Zoom sessions including:

  • Active Meditation (Morning Activation Practices)
    Simple but powerful active meditation to wake up energy, focus the mind, and settle the nervous system.

  • Ancient Embodiment Practice (strength, mobility & alignment work)
    Guided movement sequences inspired by ancient yoga, combining stretching, strength, and alignment work to support the body in a balanced way.

  • Dancing with the Wind (Guided Movement Form)
    A structured movement sequence inspired by Tai Chi principles to develop flow, coordination, and embodied awareness.

  • The Chai Circle (Guided Conversation & Shared Exploration)
    A relaxed and facilitated space where we come together around a shared topic for open conversation, curiosity, and exchange.
    Sometimes the theme is introduced by me, sometimes suggested by participants.

You can join casually or return each week if the practice supports you.
