This is a structured practice, but accessible for all levels. We move slowly and consciously, building awareness, stability, and ease in the body.
The focus is not only flexibility, but also developing functional strength, improving alignment, and supporting how your body moves and feels in daily life.
No experience is needed ā everything is guided step by step.
