For the first Yoga, Walks & Wellness Nuneaton event, I would like to invite you to join a 4-week Foundations of Yoga course at Golden Goddess Wellness Hub.

This course is designed to introduce the fundamental principles of yoga in a welcoming and supportive environment. Over four weeks, we will explore basic postures, breathing techniques, yogic philosophy, and relaxation practices to help you build confidence and create a strong foundation for your yoga journey.

My aim in creating this event is to share the benefits of this beautiful practice with others. Yoga has so much to offer, from helping to reduce stress and improve wellbeing, to building confidence, flexibility, strength, and a greater connection with yourself. Whether you're completely new to yoga or looking to reconnect with the basics, I hope this course provides a supportive and enjoyable space to learn and grow.

Who is this course for?

• Complete beginners who are new to yoga
• Anyone returning to yoga after a break
• Those wanting to improve their understanding of the basics
• Anyone looking to improve flexibility, balance, strength, and wellbeing in a relaxed and friendly setting

No previous yoga experience is required.

Investment

£10 per class (£40 for the full 4-week course)

Early Bird Offer: £30 for the full 4-week course if booked before 22nd June. Thereafter, the full course price is £40.

Small groups of a maximum of 6 participants ensure plenty of individual attention and support.
