My vinyasa yoga is a dynamic and flowing style of yoga that synchronizes movement with breath. This practice offers a continuous flow of postures that seamlessly transition from one to the next, creating a meditative and invigorating experience.
-This class is open to all levels.
-You will just need your yoga mat and if you wish some yoga props like blocks and strap but this is not an obligation.
My classes will help you to:

- Practice asana, pranayama, and meditation.
