In this class, you’ll take your time to pay attention to the alignment of your body and your breath as you move through a variety of poses, including Sun Salutations, standing poses, inversions, twists, backbends, hip openers, and more.

Options are given for beginning through intermediate/advanced students. You must be able to get up and down to the mat easily and have no major injuries/movement restrictions. Class may include pranayama, meditation, mantra chanting, and hands-on assists. Each class will end with Savasana.
