Welcome to "Yoga with Hayley"! This group is great for beginner and experienced yogis alike, and welcomes people of all backgrounds to come together - just don't forget your yoga mat and an open mind.

You will be taken through a gentle flow, walking away feeling more centred and grounded, and possibly with a couple of new friends.

Yoga is great for physical and mental wellbeing. Don't be surprised if you feel a sense of self-empowerment as well as you keep returning week after week. On a personal level, yoga has done wonders for my anxiety and ability to feel calm in the cities chaos. I can't wait for you to feel these benefits too!
