Riverside Park Yoga and Sound Bath

Join us at Riverside park (Boat Launch #2 entrance) for 75 minutes of Yoga and Sound Healing every Tuesday!

The sound healing instruments used will be Crystal Quartz Sound Bowls, they give off a frequency that is calming and relaxing to our body and mind - 432 Hz. Come to the park to learn more and experience the healing powers of sound! :)

It is recommended to bring a mat, blanket, pillow and/or any props you have from home - as there will be limited mats, blankets, blocks, and bolsters available for use. There is also the option to bring a sweater - sometimes it can get chilly later on at night.
