Join me for yoga in the park to move , breath and relax your mind.

Whether you are a complete beginner or a regular yogi all are welcome as the class will be guided in a way that is suitable for all levels. 💫

Classes will include Pranayama (breathing exercises ), meditation , warm up, yoga asanas and relaxation 💭

Classes are €5 or a voluntary contribution 🙏
