Welcome to Yoga with Natalie. I teach to small groups and individuals, I also provide yoga therapy. I specialize in primarily helping people find balance in their bodies and minds. Step onto your yoga mat and into total body/mind relaxation and inner peace.
What Are the Classes Like?
My classes guide you to move at your own pace, honoring your body's needs in each movement in a compassionate and loving way. I keep a watchful eye on all my students to make sure everyone is safe. You will leave the class feeling uplifted and centered. Each class is candlelit with music and I usually read a quote or a poem to inspire.
Classes are great for all levels including beginners to more seasoned yogis.
