We believe in preparation, deep relaxation and how learning to tap into the deep calm of your inner self can help alleviate, anxiety, worry and panic.

This group will give you - Pregnancy yoga, Hypnobirthing, Couples antenatal classes, Birth and parenting Coaching, Postnatal yoga and baby massage, regular meetups for walks, chats and happiness.

Prepare for birth, transition into motherhood and develop a healthy mindset to birthing and mothering and make friends.
