A unique workshop blending yoga and art in Lisbon
Step into a creative flow where yoga meets drawing.
The Yoga Drawing Club is not about perfect poses or polished sketches—it’s about capturing movement, rhythm, and energy as it unfolds.
In this 1.5hr workshop, participants will sketch live yogis as they move through asanas, focusing on gestures and flow rather than technical accuracy. Using charcoal, pastels, markers, and more, you’ll be guided to embrace spontaneity and translate yoga’s fluidity into your own artistic expression. No prior drawing experience is needed—just curiosity and openness.
✨ What to Expect:
- Warm-up sketches (1-min, 3-min, 5-min poses)
- Drawing transitions and fluid movements
- A 15-minute cooldown with tea
- Sharing and community exchange

About the Hosts
A’shua – Singaporean creative director and founder of Mural Lingo, working at the intersection of art, technology, and sustainability. His projects span collaborations with Google, WWF, and National Museum Singapore. Now in Lisbon, he creates spaces where art builds community and dialogue.
Kasia – Yoga teacher originally from Poland, trained in London (200hr Vinyasa, Yin, Fascial Release & Psycho-Somatic Mentoring). Her mission is to help busy professionals slow down and reconnect through yoga and mindfulness. She brings warmth, inclusivity, and presence to every class.
Unity Yoga (Venue Partner) – A cozy, welcoming studio in Graça, known as a neighborhood refuge where yoga, breath, and community come together. A space to ground, soften, and explore.
