Join us for a cosy afternoon of yoga and clay play, inspired by principles of Ayurveda to help you smoothly transition from the vibrant summer energy to autumn's introspective rhythm.

Here’s what’s in store for you:

The event is designed to help you anchor yourself in the present moment, while enjoying a shared creative moment of relaxation:
- 1hr grounding Yang to Yin yoga session with the use of essential oils and a blissful mini forehead massage at the end
- 1.5hr ceramic workshop with the theme of autumn and nature (guided, but you are free to create whatever you'd like)
- hot drinks and a friendly break - it’s autumn, let's get cosy!

All necessary materials included. No experience is needed — just your curiosity and willingness to slow down and gently connect. Between the sessions, we’ll share warm drinks, light snacks, and easy conversation, creating space to meet kind people and simply be.
